  Wow, I love it! Hope you have some good luck, finally with selling your house. The market has sunk so much that house prices have fallen. You'd think now would be a great time to BUY a house! But I've also heard that financing is harder for buyers to get right now.

  Mamacita: *blush* Thanks! I hope to be able to have a 365 (minus any days I missed) view at the end of the year. The new camera is only 2 1/2 weeks away from ordering. I can't wait!
  
  PBS: I think I'd be okay with financing. My credit is excellent. Matt doesn't have much credit, but this time we're going to put him on the loan no matter what to build his credit again.
  
  As long as I keep getting rental payments I'm okay. I'd rather sell the house, but at least it's paying for itself right now.
